Copyright Recommendations

Copyright is a form of protection provided for original works of authorship, including literary, dramatic, musical, graphic and audiovisual creations. "Copyright" literally means the right to copy, but has come to mean that body of exclusive rights granted by law to copyright owners for protection of their work.

What is copyright infringement? Copyright infringement occurs when a copyrighted work is reproduced, distributed, performed, publicly displayed, or made into a derivative work without the permission of the copyright owner.

Posting copyright-infringing content can lead to the termination of your account, and possibly monetary damages if a copyright owner decides to take legal action (this is serious—you can get sued!).

Before uploading ANY material to 9jaTubeTv - You must either have the ownership of the copyright or have the permission from the copyright owner to use the material for public viewing and performance. If you upload copyright material which is not authorised, you may face the termination of your account and possibly legal action from the copyright owner.

The copyright © notice is a legal requirement in many countries, if you have received permission from the copyright owner to upload material to 9jaTubeTv -  We advise you to enter the owners name or company name in the copyright section of your CP. This proves your commitment to maintaining a legal stature when using copyrighted material.

Reporting copyright infringement

We wish to work with you to maintain a creative community here at 9jaTubeTv with minimal negative and maximum positive experience for all our users. 9jaTubeTv is a registered company  that takes copyright infringement very serious but If you misrepresent or submit fake/forgery documents to misled us please be strongly advise that we will sue and you will be liable for damages (including costs and attorneys' fees) and we will make sure such person/group do significant jail time. If your copyrighted material has been posted on 9jaTubeTv and you want this material removed, you must provide a written communication that details the information listed in the following section.

The following elements must be included in your copyright infringement claim:

• Provide evidence of the authorized person to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.

• Provide sufficient contact information so that we may contact you. You must also include a valid email address.

• You must identify in sufficient detail the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed and including at least one search term under which the material appears in 9jaTubeTv.

• A statement that the complaining party has a good faith belief that use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.

• A statement that the information in the notification is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that the complaining party is authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.

• Must be signed by the authorized person to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly being infringed.

 Please note that we will make every effort to remedy the situation.

Allow 21 - 35 business days for us to fully process your claim. Note that e-mailing your complaint to other parties such as third party agency, 9jaTubeTv affiliates or non- affiliates agency will not expedite your request and may result in a delayed response due to the complaint not properly being filed.
